THE FIRST SESSION COMPRISING THREE
DAYS OF CLASSES COVERS THE FIRST 11 CHAPTERS OF
THE INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE INCLUDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE
PROVISIONS, BUILDING PLANNING AND BASIC STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION
WHICH WILL PREPARE YOU TO TAKE YOUR B-1 CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION FOR
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING INSPECTOR
THE SECOND SESSION COMPRISING FOUR
DAYS OF CLASSES WILL
COVER THE SECTIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE NECESSARY TO
PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR P-1 CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION FOR RESIDENTIAL
PLUMBING INSPECTOR, YOUR M-1 CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION FOR
RESIDENTIAL MECHANICAL INSPECTOR AND YOUR E-1 CERTIFICATION
EXAMINATION FOR YOUR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR

construction project or develop a detailed Management program designed to
better use your qualified personnel.
CODE DEVELOPMENT:
We will assist you in development and adoption of Construction Codes
utilizing the existing INTERNATIONAL CODE COMMITTEE nationally recognized Codes
and development of amendments to the Codes necessary to meet your specific
community's requirements.
CONTRACT
DEVELOPMENT: Housing Development
related contracts have been standardized for many years. We will assist
you in utilizing readily available materials to meet your development
contract needs.
